Yesterday:

The game was a pitcher’s duel Yesterday. Bailey wasn’t on his A-game in the Reds 6-4 win over the Chicago Cubs. Bailey pitched 6.1 innings while allowing 3 Home-Runs ( Has done so 5 time’s in his Career.

Bailey also gave six hit’s. Walked three, and struck out 5. The Reds bullpen pitched light’s out again. Lecure, Parra, Hoover, and Chapman pitched 4.1 innings, and allowed one hit and walking 0. Hoover Got win and moved his record to 3-5. Chapman recorded his 29 save.

Reds offense scored six run’s. Brandon Phillips also got his 90th RBI of the season.  Reds OF Shin Soo Choo knocked in the game winning runs in the 11th with a 2-run single.

* Joey Votto did something last night, that doesn’t happen very much. He popped-out on the infield.

*Reds go for the sweep today. Setting 3.5 games back of the Pirates and 1.5 games of the Cardinals.
