Cincinnati Reds Opening Day 2013

The 2013 MLB season started off, with a lose for the Cincinnati Reds. The Reds lost to The Los Angeles Angels 3-1. The Red’s Pitching staff was great, starting with Reds opening day starter Johnny Cueto ( 7ip, 3h, 1r, 1er, 2bb, 9K ). The bullpen pitched well too. Broxton, Chapman, Lecure all pitched scoreless innings. J.J. Hoover ( L 0-1 ) gave up two runs to the Angel’s Hitting staff. Jarred Weaver pitched great for the angel’s as well, ( 6ip, 2h, 1r, 1er, 2BB,      4K). The game lasted 13 innings and the only home run, of the game came from chris Iannetta in the third inning. The Angels had four error’s and the Reds had one. The two team’s return to action Wed. night. Ryan Ludwick also left the game with an dislocated right shoulder Injury.
